U.S. Ski Team-- Official site for the US Ski Team in Park City.
Alta-- Located in Little Cottonwood canyon, Alta is the skier's ski area. To assure a high quality experience, they will not let more people on the mountain that the slopes will hold. There is some great beginning territory to be found here.
Park City Mountain Resort -- Is a massive resort located in Park City (Take I-80 up Parley's canyon) with an generous mix of beginning, intermediate and expert runs.
Snowbird-- Snowbird is located in Little Cottonwood canyon (about 9000 South). Snowbird is one of Utah's premiere resorts with 5000 acres of prime skiing. Beginning skiers often find Snowbird a little intimidating.
The Canyons -- The Canyons is just east of Park City. The Canyons features an excellent combination of beginner through expert runs.
Brighton Ski Resort -- Brighton is located in Big Cottonwood canyon. Established in 1936. It is one of the nation's first skiing resorts. Brighton has some of the best intermediates runs in area. IMHO, it is one of the best areas to learn to ski. The offer night skiing.
Solitude -- Solitude is located in Big Cottonwood Canyon. It is a favorite of local skiers, and has a nice combination of beginning through advanced runs. It is a great place for beginning and intermediate skiers.
Deer Valley-- Located near Park City. Deer Valley is a full service nationally recognized resort.. They hosted the 2002 Slalom and aerial events.
